Change Management Consultant

The Challenge:

Are you passionate about helping organizations transform effectively? Are you looking for an opportunity to help modernize the intelligence community? Change within an organization is necessary, but it has to be done the right way. Your ability to understand the effects of change in an organization and how to mitigate challenges makes you the difference between success and derailment.

As a change management consultant on our team, you’ll have a direct impact on the deployment of state-of-the art technology that will advance the client’s mission and improve customer satisfaction. You’ll engage with your customer to analyze their environment and leverage expertise in management consulting and process improvement. You know change management isn’t a one-size-fits-all concept, so you’ll use your knowledge of organizational change models, combined with a deep understanding of your client’s operating environment, to create a customized action plan. You’ll assess how a change will impact business processes and organizational design, and you’ll help facilitate discussions with technical and non-technical audiences while acting as an intermediary to communicate functional and technical requirements effectively. As on-site change support, your client will look to you to help them pivot as needs arise throughout the change cycle. Join us and lead change for the better in the intelligence community.
