Change Management Specialist

Key Role:

Serve as the Change Management Associate, manage complex processes and projects, including delivering against innovative ideas and change management strategies, and communicating the benefits of change in a collaborative, dynamic environment. Maintain responsibility for helping to shape our firm’s evolving culture and employment brand by developing and delivering change management and communications plans, providing guidance to internal stakeholders, and delivering content through various channels. Leverage sound judgment, exceptional functional expertise, and serve as a trusted advisor to help drive employee awareness and adoption of corporate initiatives, strengthen our corporate brand reputation, and increase employee engagement.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience with expertise in leading, developing comprehensive change management, communications, and engagement strategies

-Experience in developing and executing organizational change management strategies and activities to support successful implementation of internal change, including supporting in transform initiatives, and acting as a coach for senior leaders to help fulfill the role of change sponsor

-Experience in writing executive communications, edits and oversee a wide variety of communications activities, including variety of print and electronic media, digital content, videos, presentations decks, memos, and feature articles

-Experience in working across multiple campaigns, diverse, high-priority projects and day-to-day change management, including communicating clients’ needs to integrate employee engagement priorities with complex processes and projects 

-Experience in collaborating with and serving as a business partner

-Experience in developing clear and compelling business cases for specific courses of action, communicates the benefits of change, and help clients’ teams overcome resistance to change

-Knowledge of corporate demographics, culture, and channels

-BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Journalism, PR, and Marketing

-Change Management Methodology Certification, including Pro Sci, LaMarsh, or CMAP
