As a change management consultant on our team, you’ll have a direct impact on the healthcare industry. You’ll engage with your customer to analyze their environment and produce change deliverables that drive stakeholders towards adoption. You know change management isn’t a one-size-fits-all concept, so you’ll use your experience with organizational change models, combined with a deep understanding of your client’s operating environment, to create a customized action plan. You’ll assess how a change will impact business processes and organizational design so you can develop a change strategy to facilitate the process. You’ll also monitor and direct the workflow of change management projects. As an on-site change expert, your client will look to you to help them pivot as needs arise throughout the change cycle. You Have:

-4+ years of experience with change management and organizational transformation

-Experience with devising approaches, managing project plans, and interacting with senior leaders

-Experience with consulting, including analyzing client issues, determining data collection and data analysis strategies, strategizing potential solutions, and preparing client-ready reports

-Experience with contributing to projects in a fast-paced, high intensity team-oriented environment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-MA, MS, or MBA degree in Public Policy, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Capital Management, Organizational Development, or Business Administration

Nice If You Have:

-2+ years of experience in government consulting or working for the federal government

-Experience with supporting health-focused organizations, including health organizations, consulting for health organizations, or academic health or healthcare training

-Public Trust clearance
