Change Management Stakeholder and Integration Lead

Key Role:

Oversee a significant effort to engage business owners and stakeholders to deliver the best service to clients seeking affordable healthcare using thought leadership, excellence in communication, change advocacy, planning, systems integration, and innovation through collaboration and establishing a common vision for success in a complex federal program. Build a leadership presence and contribute to strategy development by creating a shared vision, championing this shared vision by translating ideas into action, including driving decisions, establishing goals, and meeting commitments, while cascading innovation into stakeholder teams to drive the changes necessary to achieve the shared vision. Establish and maintain trusting client relationships, leverage MSI’s reputation and capabilities to develop innovative ways to meet clients’ needs which lead to client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Leverage knowledge and expertise across key stakeholders about priority topics, coordinate across multiple customer stakeholder groups, vendor partners, and the delivery team. Ensure communication pathways are streamlined and messaging is clear and concise. Effect strategic change by assisting with and driving alignment with priority initiatives, including facilitating preparation for change, early adoption, implementation, and fostering improvement to embedded initiatives in client processes and culture. Solve problems with a consulting mindset, applying trends and innovations to client engagement and new or current service offerings.

Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience with industry methods for process improvement, organizational design, organizational change management, or performance optimization, including managerial roles over staff with a top tier consulting firm

-3+ years of experience with supporting successful large federal system integration programs

-Experience in delivering high velocity projects

-Experience with process improvement facilitation, business or organizational transformation workshops, sessions, or off-sites, including facilitation with senior and executive leaders

-Ability to work with senior government officials under tight deadlines and translate ideas and concepts into professional communication products, talking points, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, e-mails to staff, and other communication products

-Ability to work independently and adapt to a highly dynamic and often ambiguous client environment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with business process reengineering, IT automation, organizational change management, strategic communications, strategic planning, organizational design, and integrated master scheduling

-2+ years of experience with Agile software development or architecture initiatives

-Experience with white paper development

-Experience with Atlassian suite of products, including JIRA, Confluence, and HipChat

-Experience with Microsoft and Office 365 tools and applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

-Experience with Microsoft in Health Information Systems, Information Systems or related IT field

-Ability to achieve operational success in a complex and sometimes challenging client environment

-Ability to quickly earn the trust of others and develop relationships across the organization

-Ability to manage upwards and seek feedback on a regular basis 

-Possession of excellent project management skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MS degree in Health Information Systems, Information Systems or related Information Technology fields

-Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP) Certification 

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
