CIED Biometrics Trainer

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for training US and Multinational personnel on C-IED Biometrics lines of effort, including Certified instructor on current US Army biometrics systems, such as Biometrics Automated Toolset-Army and Handheld Detector. Serve as the Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and trainer on the technical use of relevant enablers, the integration of biometrics processes into C-IED network engagement processes, and US and NATO exercises. Serve as the SME and trainer on US and NATO biometrics doctrine, policies, and processes and procedures. Deliver academic curriculum for the classroom and the design and implementation of Enhanced Maneuver Training (EMT) lanes for practical exercises. Conduct training at the Combined Arms Training Center, Vilseck, Germany and via Mobile Training Team (MTT) missions in Germany, and partner nations throughout EUCOM. Review and submit training curriculum through Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) processes to ensure compliance with classification releasability. Review and update the training curriculum to ensure it reflects the most current training concepts, tasks, and references, as aligned to US and NATO training doctrine.


Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with the Biometrics Automated Toolset

-Experience with the US military as an NCO, Company or Field Grade Officer, or Warrant Officer

-Active Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED and 11+ years of experience with operational, AA or AS degree and 7+ years of experience with operational, or BA or BS degree and 3+ years of experience with operational

-Graduate of an Instructor Training Course in any US Military branch

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with USEUCOM theater of operations

-Experience with being deployed in a combat or combat advisor role

-Experience at a US Army or other US Military Combat Training Center

-Experience with teaching C-IED, IED, and HME awareness


Clearance:
