Client Support Engineer

Key Role:

Deploy and support cutting–edge software products using the latest Real Time Location Solutions technologies, enabling clients to monitor and analyze the use of assets throughout their organization to drive productivity improvements and increase safety and security at the deployment sites. Apply a full scope of consulting and technical expertise by providing engagement management, performing data analytics, training end users, and performing system troubleshooting and support. Facilitate communication between the client deployment site and the software development team and collaborate on software and hardware troubleshooting, as required. Provide training and education to the client, aiding in the creation of analytics to solve their toughest business challenges and use the provided software and hardware platform to yield significant visibility into business operations. This position is in an international role and will be performed in 28–day rotations. 


Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with performing data analytics and manipulating large data volumes

-Knowledge of RFID and other RTLS technologies

-Ability to work remotely and perform light hardware management duties

-Ability to perform basic software troubleshooting techniques

-Ability to create, maintain, and deliver training materials to end users

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in CS or a related field
