Cloud Architect

Key Role:

Serve as an advisor to AF DCGS to develop an executable Cloud strategy. Lead cultural change for Cloud adoption, including Cloud adoption plans, Cloud application design, Cloud migration planning, and Cloud management and monitoring. Integrate front end platforms, back end platforms, a current Cloud-based delivery, including OA DCGS and networks on multiple security environments and enclaves. Ensure requirements of all service-level agreements are met.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with developing, coordinating, and presenting Cloud architecture solutions across a variety of disparate areas, including application portfolio and life cycle management, data management, analytics, and protection, Enterprise management, external IT hosting, governance, Identity and Access Management (IdAM), infrastructure, integration, network, security, privacy, and compliance, or user experience

-Experience in application architecture, automation and orchestration, and outsourcing or external hosting design

-Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM)

-Ability to demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and thought leadership and act as a change agent

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree in IT, CS, or Information Systems

-Microsoft MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, Microsoft MCSA: Linux on Azure, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Professional, Red Hat Certified Cloud Architect, Cloud Certified Professional, Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge, and VMware Certified Professional Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-TS/SCI clearance

-MA or MS degree in IT, CS, or Information Systems

-Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect

-Certified OpenStack Administrator (COA)

-Certified System Administrator in Red Hat OpenStack

-Cisco - Cloud CCNA or CCNP Certification

-Microsoft Cloud Certifications
