Cloud Solutions and Cybersecurity Analyst

Key Role:

Apply advanced knowledge of networking, Cloud infrastructure, wireless technology, and Cybersecurity technical principles, theories, and concepts to analyzing system, network, and security architectures and recommending corrective actions or future-state solutions. Define Cloud infrastructure and Cybersecurity design and technology maturity constraints of the system in accordance with client specifications. Define a system implementation approach and operational concept. Provide technical analysis for information assurance (IA) support and integration efforts and analyze Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation for Navy operational systems, networks, and applications, and commercial off –the–shelf (COTS) information security (INFOSEC) product evaluation and documentation. Conduct risk assessments and risk mitigation analysis and develop contingency plans. Certify and accredit Department of the Navy (DON) information systems and networks and Platform IT.


Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with a focus on Cloud infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and network solutions

-3+ years of experience with Cloud infrastructure design, including AWS and Azure

-3+ years of experience with the DoD C&A or A&A process and standards and network environment
-3+ years of experience with system and network vulnerability analysis, risk assessment and risk mitigation analysis, security test and evaluation (ST&E), contingency planning, firewall policy, ports, and protocols
-Experience with preparing and presenting technical architecture options to senior technical leaders and IT management

-Knowledge of IA or INFOSEC concepts and requirements
-Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED

-IAT Level II Certification, including Security+ or above or IAM Level II Certification, including CISM, CISSP, or CASP


Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Agile SDLC processes

-Experience as a technical architect in all SDLC activities from concept through operation

-Experience with mission critical procedures, systems, and processes as they pertain to the public naval shipyard's IT and Cybersecurity requirements

-Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
-Experience with IA systems, including ACAS, HBSS, and eMASS
-Knowledge of vulnerability remediation asset manager (VRAM) activities
-Ability to obtain a Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) Certification

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
