Collaboration Facilitator

Key Role:

Lead a secretariat function to drive a community of interest's battle rhythm of recurring discussion forums to ensure coalition partner collaboration and achieve program objectives. Track actions, develop minutes, and build relationships with stakeholders. Apply knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analyses and recommendations to improve organizational performance through changes to strategy, organization structure, process, human capital and culture, IT, enterprise cost reduction, management practices, and cost drivers.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with corporate governance

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and PowerPoint

-Experience in leading and planning complex tasks with daily client interaction

-Experience with delivering briefings to senior-level leaders in an organization

-Experience with documenting and managing requirements, issues, and actions and identifying and implementing best practices

-Experience with working in an integrated team of staff and contractors

-Ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment, multitask while continuing to be a forward thinker, and work in a team environment

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in an enterprise IT office or leveraging expertise in enterprise-level IT

-Experience with Multinational Information Sharing (MNIS) programs and initiatives

-Ability to make recommendations on how to capitalize on opportunities to improve client performance, including revenue, profitability, and mission achievement
-Ability to advise on how to improve operations, increase process efficiency, and provide recommendations on how to expand or reorganize a business unit or operation
-Ability to examine complex systems and advise on the development of specific cost reduction solutions and business case analyses to support transformation efforts
-Ability to mitigate and manage risk and conduct customer and stakeholder analyses
-Ability to serve as a practitioner with multiple areas of expertise that span across management consulting pillars and other functional communities
-Ability to provide work leadership to junior employees

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
