Collection Manager

 Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for the development and coordination of cross-access collection and geolocation opportunities and strategies. Manage tasking in support of geolocation requirements. Provide input to posture papers. Coordinate mitigation efforts in response to system outages. Act as a focal point for collection requirements. Facilitate collaboration across organizations and with external stakeholders and clients.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with collection management

-1 year of experience with supporting cross-access geolocation activities

-Experience with advanced signals analysis training and education

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree
