Collection Support Technician

Key Role:

Serve as the technical operational support to the Desk Officer (DO). Serve as the client’s Organizational Coordinator (OC) at the division or branch level. Oversee account management, Adaptive Access Control (AAC) management, and serve as the overall subject matter expert for the client. Serve as an Intelligence Contingency Fund (ICF) technician to conduct quality-control on all vouchers, Financial Plans (FINPLANs), funding and disbursement requests, and other documentation relating to IFC planning. Maintain detailed records of operational requirements and capabilities of platforms to respond to them. Provide detailed guidance to assigned platforms to assist with the mission and provide follow-up feedback and guidance to assist performance. Produce, edit, and quality control documents.

Basic Qualifications:

-6 months of experience with using GCOMS or other software supporting source management functions

-Experience with operating and maintaining SharePoint and using Microsoft Excel, including using functions and macros

​-Experience in finance, accounting, business administration, operations research, or program and project evaluation

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-AA or AS degree and 3 years of experience in the intelligence community or 5 years of experience in the intelligence community in lieu of Associate's degree
