College Faculty Analyst

Key Role:

Analyze designs, develop, implement, evaluate, and instruct, the assigned topic-focused curriculum presentations, lectures, classes, courses, seminars, and special events related to client education projects and programs. Advance the professional body of knowledge through relevant conference and symposia attendance, presentation, panel participation or through relevant research and publishing. Provide professional curriculum and instruction, research and writing, student support, and course leadership for the enterprise. Facilitate and lead the lesson analysis and the design efforts ensuring the learning objectives, outcomes, and assessments support the related project’s or program’s objectives, meet the assigned education level standards, and are directly related to the goals and strategic plans for the client. Build, deliver, evaluate, and update, all assigned topic-focused lessons or course and related materials per the faculty handbook and all necessary distributed or distance learning content. Prepare and present to client’s governance committees all materials to meet client’s curriculum review in accordance with faculty handbook. Transfer knowledge to the DoD, interagency, and academic communities through purposeful outreach, including collaborative research, seminars, workshops, lectures, Websites, and publications.


Basic Qualifications:

-15 years of experience with specific operations or direct operations

-15 years of experience in a leadership position or corollary topic within the operations community with service at the unified, sub-unified, or component command level or interagency role

-3 years of experience with post-secondary faculty with classroom delivery techniques, and distributed and distance learning

Ability to develop, deliver, and manage curriculum through LMS

-TS/SCI clearance

-PhD in International relations, National Security Strategy, Security Studies,

Strategic Communications, Political Science, International Affairs,

Anthropology, or History
