Commercial Fleet Analyst

Key Role:

Assist government program offices with the execution of vehicle fleet management studies and analyses. Apply knowledge of commercial fleet management and best practices to improve federal fleet management functions' operational efficiency, environmental performance, asset management, and energy management. Provide policy and data analysis by benchmarking federal operations against those of commercial fleet leasing companies. Conduct research, analyze, develop, and organize information, develop client deliverables, and attend or participate in client meetings. Prepare written materials for guidance including documents, presentations, reports, and briefings.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with supporting commercial fleet management activities

-Experience with commercial fleet industry operations, best practices, and methodologies

-Experience with commercial fleet operations' challenges, including maintenance and repair, accident, fuel card, and recall management, remarketing and loss prevention functions, and vehicle acquisition or replacement methodologies and processes

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Experience with developing written reports, presentations, and other documents

-Ability to conduct research and analyses and develop written deliverables independently

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with federal fleet operations, policies, and challenges

-Experience with conducting data analytics and visualization activities using vehicle fleet data

-Experience with business intelligence or data visualization software, including Tableau or Microsoft Power BI a plus

-Ability to work on multiple projects, multi-task, manage time effectively, and demonstrate flexibility in responding to conflicting deadlines or priorities

-Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills

-Possession of excellent client-facing and consulting skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including discussing data and analysis
