Community Manager

Key Role:

Formulate and define systems scope and objective through research fact-finding combined with a comprehension of applicable business systems and industry requirements, under general supervision. Develop or modify moderately complex information systems, including analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary. Guide and advise junior Business Systems Analysts. Work in some phases of systems analysis and consider the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment


Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with the U.S Military or intelligence community

-Knowledge of software systems, and software languages

-Ability to communicate to and assist a large user population with complex technical problems 

-Ability to use software and technology to solve complex problems with large data sets

-Ability to work independently and be self-motivated

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in the intelligence community (IC)

-Experience working as an analyst

-Knowledge of Agile


Clearance:
