Compensation Analyst, Lead

Key Role:

Leverage subject matter expertise as a compensation consultant in this high visibility role that offers the opportunity to reshape our corporate compensation vision and work as a part of a team that builds our employee appreciation framework. Drive important initiatives as we continue to grow and mature as a publicly-traded and global organization. Act as an internal consultant and strategic business advisor to an internal leadership team and other internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, tax, and regulatory compliance organizations, make recommendations, and influence the firm’s direction towards reward programs to meet current and future business needs. Ensure pay programs support the organization's strategic objectives, identify solutions and opportunities that leverage current industry trends, and help the firm to maintain their best in class outlook on total rewards. Present, influence, and advise executives on compensation matters, interface and be credible at the executive-level, and create and drive a cost-effective employee value proposition (EVP). This position will partner with other members of the compensation team, HR business partners, internal centers of excellence, and business leaders to build programs that improve our employees' experience.

Basic Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience in human resources with a specific focus on compensation design and administration
-5+ years of experience with working as a relationship builder, advisor, and results-oriented change agent
-Experience with HR technologies, including complex HRIS systems and a track record of creating or maintaining organizational effectiveness, analysis, and planning tools
-Experience with Microsoft Excel

-Knowledge of the external market landscape, including planning design strategies
-Ability to manage or lead the development and implementation of strategic and complex compensation plans that align with evolving corporate strategies and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
-BA or BS degree  

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in a Workday environment

-Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including DCAA and dealing with DCAA or any regulatory body on compensation matters

-MA or MS degree
-CCP Certification
