Compensation Manager, Senior

Key Role:
Lead the ongoing strategy, design, and administration of global compensation programs. Manage all compensation programs both domestically and internationally. Act as an internal consultant and strategic business advisor to an internal leadership team and other internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, tax, and regulatory compliance organizations, make recommendations, and influence the firm’s direction towards reward programs to meet current and future business needs. Ensure pay programs support the organization's strategic objectives and identify solutions and opportunities that leverage current industry trends and help the firm to maintain their best in class outlook on total rewards. Present, influence, and advise executives on compensation matters and interface and be credible at the executive level. Create and drive a cost-effective employee value proposition (EVP). Lead, advise, and develop a team of high performing compensation professionals.

Basic Qualifications:
-15+ years of experience in human resources, including leading a compensation function for a publicly traded company with a large global footprint
-10+ years of experience with leadership, including working as a relationship builder, advisor, and results-oriented change agent
-5+ years of experience with leading a compensation function in rewards strategies, including base pay architecture, incentive plan design and administration, and differentiated reward programs
-Experience with HR technologies, including complex HRIS systems and a track record of creating or maintaining organizational effectiveness, analysis, and planning tools
-Experience with M&A, including leading the compensation aspect of mergers and acquisitions
-Knowledge of the external market landscape, including planning design strategies and regulatory requirements, such as DCAA and dealing with DCAA or any regulatory body on compensation matters
-Ability to manage or lead the development and implementation of strategic and complex compensation plans that align with evolving corporate strategies and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
-BA or BS degree required 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in a Workday environment a plus 
-MA or MS degree preferred
-CCP Certification preferred
