Compliance Program Specialist

Key Role:

Serve as a compliance program specialist and assist with the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of ethics and compliance programs and related policies and procedures. Serve as a key member of a team that drives ethical behavior, shapes the firm’s culture of ethics and integrity, and builds awareness for employees around ethics and compliance. Research and analyze the impact on the firm and propose tailored, practical solutions. Participate in the design, development, and implementation of program enhancements and process improvements. Advise key stakeholders on policies, procedures, and current statutory regulations, provide training on compliance and risk processes, support compliance monitoring activities, design and operationalize reporting, and work with other groups within the firm at achieving ethics and compliance goals, including Corporate Investigations and People Services.


Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with working in a compliance-related department or team

-Experience with supporting the development and maintenance of compliance policies, programs, and procedures and conducting risk assessments

-Experience with using Microsoft PowerPoint

-Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business-focused teams, legal and compliance teams, and finance and accounting teams

-Ability to interpret and communicate regulatory guidance

-Ability to work collaboratively on other teams’ business processes

-BA or BS degree

-Ability to be flexible when required, achieve against tight deadlines, and organize and prioritize work

-Ability to develop collegial relationships with colleagues at all levels

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
