Compliance Project Manager, lead

Key Role:

Assist the government with ensuring enterprise-wide compliance of all appropriate Cybersecurity-related requirements, laws, legislation, rules, regulations, directives, instructions, and standards. Manage a large DoD program or project and manage Cybersecurity compliance processing and reporting programs. Balance client requirements and internal and third-party resources. Provide assessments of process and procedures, including recommendations based on the Capability Maturity Model (CMM). Provide support for Cybersecurity-related programs, including governance, metrics, policy, and communications. Assist the government with developing, implementing, and improving the framework of rules and business practices for maintaining responsibility of stakeholder relationships, assignment of duties and responsibilities, establishing goals and objectives, monitoring organizational performance, ensuring accountability, and reconciling potential conflicts. Assist the government with preparing, revising, implementing, coordinating, sustaining, maintaining, and distributing Cybersecurity-related policy, directives, messages, documents, notifications, media, and other appropriate communications.


Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with IT program or project management

-5+ years of experience with IT program management in the Army, DoD, or intelligence community

-Knowledge of planning, directing, and managing large DoD Cybersecurity programs or projects

-Ability to show successful track record for delivering large and complex projects on time and within budget within DoD organizations

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-PMP Certification and DoD 8410 or 8570 IAM Level III Certification


Additional Qualifications:

-TS/SCI clearance

-MA or MS degree in IT


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
