As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to design high-performance computing systems in support of electromagnetic modeling and simulation. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate and modernize electromagnetic modeling tools. You’ll develop your skills in containerization while gaining experience in scientific computing. You Have:

  • 4 years of experience with Modeling and Simulation packages
  • Experience in working with Linux HPC systems
  • Experience in building and deploying Linux containers for scientific Modeling and Simulation packages
  • Experience in writing, compiling, and debugging a variety of programming languages
  • Knowledge of typical commercial software licensing schemes and how to deploy them
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • BA or BS degree in CS or Computer Engineering

Nice If You Have:

  • 9 years of experience with Modeling and Simulation packages
  • Experience with certification and accreditation of containers
  • Experience with programming, implementing scientific, and physics Modeling and Simulation algorithms
  • Experience in programming for massively parallel computation
  • Experience with translating data between coordinate systems, including geodetic coordinates
  • MA or MS degree in CS or Computer Engineering
