Content Manager, Mid

Key Role:

Join a collaborative team environment of intelligence experts advising clients on how to improve the overall online presence and the delivery of intelligence products and services to a global client market. Assess content-related client and user feedback, develop solutions to issues, recommend and implement action plans to effectively meet client needs, and propose unique and innovative solutions to integrate the online delivery of geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) within a user-friendly interface. Recommend ways to improve the current client Web presence, assist with the process to define content and service requirements for the client’s future Web presence, and provide clients with a streamlined experience across all domains by designing and implementing SharePoint site updates to assist with product and service accessibility and discoverability. Provide advisory support and expert coordination among multiple key components (KCs) to aid in the design, development, and migration of content and data services for the Globe initiative. Perform validation and quality assurance reviews on GEOINT services pertaining to the Globe initiative and design and develop business and project process documentation and associated SOPs to define compliance standards for client services. Review and refine the process to document user content requirements, manage updates, articulate and present requirements to team members, and track, monitor, and report progress.

Basic Qualifications:

-3 years of experience as a primary client interface in communicating project status and with working in the intelligence community

-Experience with defining, documenting, and maintaining processes and procedures and writing and reviewing SOPs, process documents, business plans, CONOPS, and other technical documents

-Experience with content management, managing content in an online and Web environment, and using SharePoint as a designer

-Knowledge of governance, including policies, practices, procedures, and decision forums and roles of agencies, organizations, and military service branches

-Ability to be self-motivated and detail-oriented and think strategically, develop unconventional solutions for client requirements, and work in both a collaborative environment as part of a dynamic team and independently with clients at all levels

-Ability to negotiate, prepare, and present briefings and training

-Ability to assess GEOINT content and services to determine its relevance and suitability for online operations and whether it satisfies applicable standards to ensure it is discoverable, retrievable, accessible, and usable in the online NGA environment

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree and 5 years of experience in a professional work environment or 7+ years of experience in a professional work environment in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with NGA missions and functions

-Experience as an advanced SharePoint user

-Experience with current and legacy NGA products, including data, content, supporting services, and applicable registries

-Knowledge of NGA products and services

-Ability to manage content in an online and Web environment and independently initiate, manage, execute, and report tasks, as identified

-Possession of excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in a technical field
