Continuous Monitoring Cybersecurity Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Provide subject matter expertise and programmatic and technical support to a senior DoD Cybersecurity client, including supporting continuous monitoring, Cybersecurity inspections and assessments, and other DoD enterprise capabilities. Analyze the development of DoD-wide strategy, policy, and guidance on client topics and collaborate with DoD services, COCOMs, and agencies to build consensus based on best practices and lessons learned. Develop briefings, whitepapers, and other materials for senior DoD officials in response to statutory and regulatory direction.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with information assurance and security practices
-5+ years of experience with continuous monitoring in the DoD
-5+ years of experience with DoD Cybersecurity inspections, including CCRIs and CCORIs
-4+ years of experience with IT policies and regulations, including the DoD Cybersecurity 8500 series

-Experience with briefing senior clients and team members on technical, policy, and functional issues
-Experience with technical writing, including security policy analysis, guidance, and memorandums
-Experience with OSD, Service Staff, DoD, or Joint Staff as governement, contractor, or military personnel

-Knowledge of the DoD Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP)
-Top Secret clearance

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with facilitating discussions and providing logistics support to stakeholder meetings

-Knowledge of NIST special publications, including 800-37, 39, 53, and 137

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

-CISSP or CISM Certification
