Contract Administrator, Lead

Key Role:

Support complex government services contracts, including fixed price, T&M, or cost type contracts with special emphasis on digital solutions services, such as software development life cycle and other IT services. Work closely with business development, functional delivery, and acquisition teams in providing contract leadership, advice, and support. Review and analyze solicitations for potential risks and suggested proposal strategies, including compliance with requirements and recommended bid strategy. Assist with proposal development, including solicitation reviews, risk identification, and the development of mitigation strategies. Negotiate and administer NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with prime contractors and the US government in accordance with firm templates and policies. Provide subject matter expertise on contract terms and conditions from pre-award through post-award and develop and recommend solutions to challenges proactively. Monitor trends in federal procurement and the impact to the account portfolio.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with contract administration and negotiation

-Experience in fixed-price digital solutions contracts, including contracts for software development life cycle, digital solutions, and other IT services associated with customized software and COTS and GOTS solutions

-Experience with contracts for aircraft worthiness and integration

-Experience with all contract types, including fixed-price, T&M, and cost reimbursable

-Experience in negotiating with industry partners, including non-disclosure and teaming agreements

-Knowledge of the software development life cycle and contracting terms and conditions designed to reasonably bound risk

-Knowledge of FAR and agency supplements, including the Veterans (VA) Acquisition Regulation (VAAR)

-Ability to support a quick paced, high-volume, and diverse workload successfully

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

 Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with FEDSIM

-Knowledge of evolving technology trends
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree
