Contract Administrator, Mid

Key Role:
Serve as a contract administrator at Booz Allen, and assist in multiple elements of government acquisition, including requests for proposal, pricing, financial analysis, program management, and subcontracting. Negotiate and administer contracts with the U.S government and subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors across the breadth of contract types. Negotiate teaming and non-disclosure agreements and organizational conflict of interest plans. Review and analyze solicitations for potential risks and suggested proposal strategies, including compliance with requirements and recommended pricing approaches. Advise on legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations. Monitor performance for conformance of contract compliance and identify and escalate problems that may threaten performance. Improve and develop business acumen, negotiation expertise, and public speaking expertise to earn a seat at the leadership table.


Basic Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation
-Experience with fixed-price systems delivery contracts
-Experience with all contract types, including fixed-price, time and material, cost reimbursable, General Service Administration (GSA) schedules, including government-wide acquisition contracts, BPAs, and Rapid Response IDIQs
-Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and mitigation plans
-Experience with reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for areas of risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedures and establishing agreements with small business prime contractors and the SBA's small business subcontractor rule
-Knowledge of federal government contracting and CPARS
-Knowledge of FAR and agency supplements, including the VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR)
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to establish and maintain excellent client relationships with internal and external clients

-TS/SCI clearance
