Contract Administrator, Mid

Key Role:

Assist with contract invoice processing and tracking, as directed by the program management team or government COR. Maintain responsibility for the assembly of invoice packages and coordination of deliverables under the development contract to assist the government COR performing the receiving or acceptance process, including producing monthly reports tracking the number of on-time monthly invoices and number of on-time monthly reports metrics and providing accurate financial tracking spreadsheets and burn charts breakouts. Support client program managers with annual contract coordination with between them and the Defense Contracting Management Office (DCMO) via the development of independent government cost estimates, performance work statements, and other acquisition supporting documentation. Manage software and data license and subscription maintenance activities. Assist with the design, preparation, and updating of formal and informal presentations, including briefings for program managers. Support program resource onboarding activities. 


Basic Qualifications:

-2 years of experience with DoD life cycle management, DoD 5000.1, 5000.2, and DoDI 5000.02 Guidebook

-Experience with contract invoice processing

-Experience with planning and organizing meeting agendas

-Experience with maintaining records on meeting information, including ensuring adequate and accurate minutes

-Experience with project management and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Ability to develop documentation, including slides, disseminating information, and resolving scheduling conflicts

-Ability to provide general administrative support, including coordinating and facilitating meetings, as required

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree
