Contract Compliance Administrator

Key Role:

Support the corporate contracts team with compliance matters and review contract records to ensure data accuracy, including reviewing and interpreting contract documents. Assist with training initiatives to roll out new practices and process improvements to the contract teams and other business partners and account groups. Analyze the development of a compliance rating system and maintain a performance scorecard for reporting purposes. Interface with contract personnel and leadership collaboratively.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in a compliance role

-Ability to support a quick paced, high-volume, and diverse workload successfully

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as a compliance professional, including reading and interpreting contracts
-Ability to be both strategic and tactical

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
