Contract Compliance Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Contribute to the success of a team of contract closeout professionals in the office of government accounting compliance. Process client requests timely and accurately to administratively close contracts after performance is complete, including preparation, submission, and collection of final invoices. Interact directly with government clients to resolve problems or issues associated with the closeout of contracts. Maintain positive relations with governmental clients and other offices of Booz Allen to obtain preferred results, complying fully with internal review processes, laws, and regulations. Review historical financial and accounting data, compliance information, and terms and conditions of specific contracts, applying reasonable business judgment to findings. Serve in a supervisory role to junior staff as it relates to functional closeout activities and relationships with government and Booz Allen offices.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with financial, regulatory, legal, policy, and quantitative analysis

-Ability to pay strict attention to detail and time management to meet deadlines

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with government contracting, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and Cost Accounting Standards

-Experience with process improvements, including analysis, recommendations, and implementation

-Experience with using JAMIS or Costpoint accounting software

-Experience with internal controls, DoD audits, risk management, or data integrity

-Knowledge of internal controls, DoD audits, risk management, or data integrity

-CFCM, DAWIA, CPA, Bar License, or PMP Certification
