Contract Financial/Business Operations Analyst

Key Role:
Perform detailed financial and administrative activities, including detailed invoice backup documentation for relatively large or complex programs and organizations. Maintain responsibility for coordinating with Accounts Receivables to ensure the timely submission of invoices. Oversee and track required contract adjustments. Initiate and manage subcontract, vendor, and material purchase requests.


Basic Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience with working in a business or financial management environment
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
-Ability to think analytically and conduct trend analysis
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel work, including using formulas and functions in calculations and analyses
-Experience in working with federal government contracts
-Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs), the federal budget process, and funds management
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
