Contract Management Analyst

Key Role:

Assist a government client with all aspects of the contracting life cycle, including pre-award acquisition planning, source selection support, and post-award contract administration for complex systems. Provide advice and guidance on all matters of federal, DoD, and Navy pre-award and post-award contracting procedures and policies. Develop and review Procurement Request (PR) packages, including Acquisition Plans (APs), Acquisition Strategies (AS), Statements of Work (SOWs), Performance Work Statements (PWSs), Source Selection Plans (SSPs), Justification and Approvals (J&As), Determination and Finding (D&F), and the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), ensuring adequacy, consistency, and compliance with administrative, regulatory, and procedural requirements. Support contract execution by preparing electronic Procurement Requests (PRs) using the Standard Procurement System (SPS), track and monitor contract modifications, develop contract status reporting, and maintain historical contract documentation. 

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience in contracting

-Experience in writing and reviewing contract documentation, including PRs, J&As, SOWs, CDRLs, APs and ASs

-Experience in developing CLIN structures for various contract types for complex mission based systems.

-Experience in developing and tracking the approval process of CDRL deliverables

-Ability to develop Excel spreadsheets that track contract funding and CLIN ceiling balances 

-Ability to develop PowerPoint presentations for management briefs

-Secret clearance.

-BA or BS degree

Additional qualifications:

-Experience working in DoD or Navy program office, preferred

-Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills

Clearance:
