Contracts Administrator, Lead

Key Role:

Work with other contract administrators at Booz Allen to touch every element of government acquisition, including requests for proposal, pricing, financial analysis, program management, and subcontracting. Negotiate and administer contracts with the US government and subcontracts with large and small business prime contractors across the breadth of contract types. Negotiate teaming and non-disclosure agreements and Organizational Conflict of Interest plans. Perform as an advisor regarding legal requirements, client specifications, and government regulations. Improve and develop business acumen and negotiation and public speaking expertise and earn a seat at the leadership table. Provide full life cycle strategic contracts administration leadership and support to internal and external clients for DoD and civilian agencies. 


Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with contract administration, negotiations, and proposal preparation

-Experience with all contract types, including cost plus, fixed price, T&M, and incentive fee

-Experience with Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) terms and plans

-Experience in reviewing terms and conditions and statements of work for risk and risk mitigation in accordance with company policies and procedure

-Experience with FAR, DFARS, and other government regulations

-Ability to establish and maintain excellent client relationships with internal and external clients

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

-Possession of excellent time management and organization skills

-Possession of excellent analytical skills to solve problems and mitigate risk

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
