Contracts Billing Specialist

Key Role:
Implement billing operations to maximize effectiveness and accuracy for the firm. Audit the accuracy of billing information entered in the system and monitor the operation of the billing systems. Develop solutions to billing issues and work with systems design to implement new features. Work on billing projects with billing operations management, develop professional expertise, and apply company policies and procedures to resolving a variety of issues. Work on problems of a moderate scope, where the analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action and maintain productive internal and external working relationships. Leverage general instructions on routine work, including detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. 


Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with financial billing
-Knowledge of JAMIS and Microsoft Excel
-Ability to meet deadlines
-BA or BS degree or 6+ years of experience with financial billing in lieu of a degree


Additional Qualifications:
-Ability to analyze data to resolve billing or revenue issues
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree in Finance
