Corporate Data Quality Auditor

Key Role:

Provide data expertise for Workday operational functionality in the talent acquisition area. Ensures Human Capital Management (HCM) data entry processes that are aligned to support the business processes and ensure HCM data accuracy. Find HCM data challenges and recommends configuration changes to improve data integrity, and play a key role in data assessment activities by running and writing Workday reports, creating reports to run regular and periodic audits on processes and data. Assess and analyze data to audit it or propose changes in processes for better data fidelity, including identifying trends, themes and provide insightful information to leadership to drive change. Suggest possible process, system and non-system changes to develop the data more accurate, efficient, effective and documents process in Job Aids, SOPs, and knowledge articles. Participate, stages and tests data for testing to comprehend processes well. Manage Help Desk tickets and troubleshoot end user issues, and perform operational tasks or data entry associated with the data, including manual hires, and start date changes.

Basic Qualifications:

-5 years of experience working with relational databases,

-5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel

-Experience with operationally supporting SaaS products

-Experience with Customer Service

-AA or AS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with HCM SaaS systems, including Workday, Success Factors, and Taleo

-Knowledge of relational databases

-Knowledge of talent acquisition, including recruiting, onboarding, hiring processes in the HCM area

-Knowledge of Service Center concepts, using Knowledge Base systems, including Service Now

-Ability to analyze data, and take complex data or process topics and synthesize them into a briefing for leadership presentation

-Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others

-Ability to learn quickly
