Strategic Growth Analysis Senior Manager

Key Role:
Perform as the lead for the Corporate Development team in executing strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures for the firm. Red-team business plans regarding new business ventures and create complex financial models to analyze and evaluate strategic opportunities, including providing transaction support for due diligence, market analysis, and integration. Play a significant role in validating critical business decisions regarding growth initiatives, go-to-market strategies, acquisitions, integration planning, and new business ventures. Lead cross-functional teams to assess business opportunities quickly and accurately and ensure multi-disciplinary teams execute on responsibilities thoroughly and in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with corporate strategy development

-Experience with forming and negotiating strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures

-Experience with team and project management, including handling multiple concurrent projects 

-Ability to conduct rigorous analysis, including business case modeling to provide detailed guidance and insight regarding potential investments and new business opportunities

-Ability to leverage expertise in financial modeling, including building complex financial models

-Ability to be results-oriented, including focusing on achieving both short- and long-term goals and drive and execute an agenda in an uncertain and fluid environment

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with mergers and acquisitions a plus

-Experience with the aerospace, defense, and government services industries preferred, including forming and negotiating strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures in these industries

-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

-Ability to be team-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible

-Possession of excellent conceptual thinking skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including listening to and articulating issues and producing presentations

-Possession of excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including thinking strategically and creatively, using business savvy, and exercising judgement

-MBA or MA or MS degree in Economics
