Corporate M&A Integration Project Coordinator

Key Role:

Serve the corporate development team by providing program management activities across the mergers and acquisitions life cycle. Schedule and scope development and issue and risk management, including supporting the diligence process and objectives, identifying issues, driving teams to determine resolution, mitigating plans and coordinating in the reporting of diligence findings to senior leads. Support integration activities for an acquired entity, including developing kickoff materials, working with functional teams to build integration plans for business and back-office functions, build and maintain consolidated master schedule, drive teams to execute against defined integration plans, schedules, and leverage problem-solving skills to resolve complex and sensitive issues. Support transition from post-merger integration to business and back-office operations. Work jointly with leadership to solve complex, cross-functional operational issues, creatively. Deal with unique issues and support continual refinement to improve day one / 30 / 90 / 120-day integration checklists for transactions. 

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with project management, including Microsoft Project

-Experience with structuring complex problems and delivering insights and recommendations

-Experience with gathering, analyzing and synthesizing large amounts of information, including identify issues and recommend solutions, proactively

-Ability to leverage Microsoft Project schedule development expertise

-Ability to prioritize work streams and move quickly among differing tasks, appropriately
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with management consulting firm, corporate strategy organization or technology-focused investment bank

-Possession of excellent well-developed presentation skills
