Corporate Recruiting Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for developing and leading a highly functioning team of talent acquisition and mobility professionals delivering diverse talent for hire against internal infrastructure and corporate roles. Act as a business partner, comprehend the client’s business by function and domain, and drive successful delivery to support the infrastructure. Build knowledge of the client's business and lead a team which embodies an excellent client service orientation resulting in a successful partnership with hiring managers. Design and deliver relevant and appropriate talent strategies centered on attracting and hiring highly skilled, diverse talent for internal infrastructure and corporate roles. Build and deliver innovative approaches to identify talent delivery channels for entry and experienced hires, including active and passive candidates. Develop strategies, provide coaching, and execute initiatives to drive diverse candidate pipeline development. Collaborate with Center of Excellence (COE) and other Talent Acquisition teams to explore and recommend sourcing tools, techniques, and technologies to build talent communities and partner with the recruitment marketing leader and business leaders to identify best practices in attracting and converting talent.

Basic Qualifications:

-12+ years of experience with talent acquisition

-7+ years of experience with identifying and implementing recruiting best practices

-5+ years of experience with leading and managing high functioning recruiting and sourcing teams and driving time and priority management in a fast–paced environment

-Experience with measuring the ROI of sourcing channels and tools

-Ability to be a solutions partner with our client facing team and leverage market intelligence to inform and shape strategies and decisions

-Ability to produce briefings and updates on behalf of the talent strategy organization

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience as a talent acquisition leader in a large consulting organization, delivering talent across multiple business lines

-Experience with leading talent acquisition organizations that recruit for internal professionals

-Experience with developing and executing talent acquisition strategies targeting high demand technology skillsets

-BA or BS degree in Human Resources, Organization Management, or a business–related field
