Corporate Talent Strategy Summer Intern

Key Role:

Work with the corporate executive talent management and workforce intelligence teams on a variety of data-focused talent management and talent analytics projects. Assist with the construction of a new dashboard to support drive executive talent management processes across the firm. Work on a variety of other projects related to talent acquisition, attrition, and performance management analytics. 

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with quantitative analysis

-Experience with research either academically or professionally

-Experience in exercising judgement and discretion around sensitive projects

-Knowledge of talent issues driving organizational results

-Schedule to obtain BA or BS degree by December 2019, May 2019, or June 2020

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Pursuing BA or BS degree in business or social science
