Counterintelligence and HUMINT Analyst, Lead

Key Role:

Apply advanced knowledge of and support to the full range of counterintelligence activities, including supporting CI investigations and operations and conducting CI analysis. Develop, prioritize, and manage HUMINT collection requirements. Develop HUMINT and CI reports from raw source reporting, law enforcement data, and other data sources and gather data through interviews and debriefs. Ensure the dissemination of significant intelligence for the IC and LE communities while protecting sources and methods and complying with policy and directive. Develop and manage CI and HUMINT policy and tradecraft and train and mentor CI and HUMINT specialists. Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas, while providing highly creative solutions to complex problem sets. Act as a leader on large programs or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with using Windows-based desktop computers and Microsoft Office Suite of applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

-Experience with writing, coordinating, and publishing threat and vulnerability assessments related to technical equipment

-Experience with maintaining a system of records based on results of published assessment reports

-Experience with performing all-source style analysis on a daily basis and preparing products in a manner consistent with established reporting procedures

-Experience with US intelligence community reporting databases and applications

-Experience with US intelligence reporting systems

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-AA or AS degree and 8 years of experience with CI or HUMINT or 10 years of experience with CI or HUMINT
