Criminal Intelligence Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Provide non-personal professional services for an Air Force client as a fusion center analyst in the headquarters. Synthesize threat and hazard information provided by federal, state, local, tribal, and open source reporting systems to deliver threat and hazard analyses and assessment reports. Provide daily reports with trend analysis to anticipate potential hostile threats to installations and missions, correlate hostile threat trends, and evaluate tactics, techniques, and procedures to provide leadership with protection options. Develop and maintain a threat database incorporating hostile threat activity data to inform threat analysis and assessment. Monitor and report activities and events that directly threaten personnel, infrastructure, resources, critical information, or missions. Brief senior leadership on threats and hazards. Prepare and deliver briefing materials, collaborate with active duty and civil service government staff, and collaborate with counterparts across DoD, DHS, and other government agencies. This position is located in San Antonio, TX.

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with law enforcement in a military, local, state, or federal organization
-Experience with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures, including link analysis
-Experience with assimilating emerging analytical software tools rapidly
-Ability to work irregular, rotating shifts
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience at the service component or higher level
-Ability to show initiative and require little or no supervision
-Ability to lead and direct the work of others
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MA or MS degree in a related field preferred
