Cryptologic Capabilities SME, Senior

Key Role

Provide senior-level expertise in national signals intelligence (SIGINT) operational and policy subject matter to support an Air Force client. Assist the client with updating AF requirements for tools and techniques and improve AF cryptologic capabilities and operations. Analyze the development of expeditionary SIGINT operational policies and advise on best practices for management and oversight of SIGINT mission management. Comprehend a national agency’s SIGINT collection, processing, exploitation, dissemination, data flow, cryptologic, and analytic tools and techniques, collection management, and ISR support to the warfighter. Comprehend SIGINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) and analytic tools and techniques. Identify the strategic implications of tactical efforts and recommend courses of action to proactively position the Air Force for success.

Basic Qualifications:

-12+ years of experience with national SIGINT operations

-Experience in working with national and AF SIGINT and ISR policies, directives, and guidance

-Experience with SIGINT and ISR collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (CPED)

-Knowledge of a national agency’s SIGINT TCPED, data flow, analytic tools and techniques, collection management, and ISR support to the warfighter

-Knowledge of SIGINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (CPED) and cryptologic analytic tools and techniques

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-AA or AS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience as a collection manager preferred

-Experience at an Air Operations Center (AOC)

-Experience with the Tactics Analysis and Reporting Program (TARP) and Tactics and Adversary Studies Elements (TASE)

-Experience with National Tactical Integration (AF-NTI)

-Knowledge of SIGNT or ISR contributions to the targeting cycle, kinetic and non-kinetic target development, and pre- and post-strike assessment

-Knowledge of ISR planning and direction, collection, processing and exploitation, analysis, and production and dissemination (PCPAD)

-BA or BS degree
