Cryptologic Intelligence Subject Matter Expert, Senior

Key Role:

Support the Air Force Cryptologic Office as a senior cryptologic intelligence subject matter expert (SME). Aid in advocating for Air Force cryptologic intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) requirements, capabilities, mission operations, and organizations. Assist with the development of Air Force and national cryptologic mission authorities and operational policies, coordinate with national agency organizations, and synchronize Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) mission requirements and capabilities. Leverage knowledge of Air Force cryptologic ISR operations, including Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS), airborne cryptologic ISR, including RC-135V/W Rivet Joint, or national agency cryptologic centers. Leverage knowledge of cryptologic ISR collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (CPED). Comprehend SIGINT CPED, SIGINT analytic tools and techniques, collection management, cryptologic policy, multi-INT fusion, and ISR support to the warfighter. This position is located at Fort Meade, MD.


Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with performing and managing Air Force cryptologic ISR operations, including Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS), airborne cryptologic ISR, including RC-135V/W Rivet Joint, or national agency cryptologic centers

-5+ years of experience with squadron level or higher project management

-2+ years of experience in writing, interpreting, inspecting, or implementing national and AF ISR policy, directives, and guidance

-Knowledge of national and tactical collection, processing, analysis, and SIGINT reporting vehicles and tools

-Knowledge of the Air Force Service Cryptologic Component and national cryptologic enterprise

-Ability to produce professional projects within short deadlines for a wide audience of senior clients

-Current TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-AA or AS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working with mission managers at national agency cryptologic centers

-Experience in working with national agency Target Offices of Primary Interest (TOPI) or Joint senior partners

-Experience with Air Force or DoD staff actions, including operational instructions, bullet background papers, Air Force memos, Air Force instructions, policy manuals and directives, and AF staff summary sheet or national agency staff processing form

-Ability to prepare clear and concise communication documents for leadership

-BA or BS degree or higher


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
