Language Enabled SIGINT Analyst

Key Role:

Prioritize and assess information obtained from SIGINT collections. Analyze and draft intelligence reports to satisfy intelligence requirements. Provide traffic analysis and advanced analysis via Arabic language capabilities in response to specific threats and incident reports based on emerging threats for predictive and reactive situations, as needed. Provide subject matter expertise (SME) in assigned mission sets and analytic processes and applications to enable SIGINT collection, processing, production, and dissemination of timely intelligence data. Work in a fast-paced and highly flexible client and team environment. Interact with clients and senior staff members from various organizations, including the firm and government agencies.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience as a language-enabled analyst, including translating written materials and oral language into English  

-5+ years of experience with national collection architecture and SIGINT operational environments, mission management, or collection management

-Experience in the analysis and identification of reportable indicators based on national and theater-level requirements

-Knowledge of SIGINT programs, policies, and doctrines

-Knowledge of Dial Number Recognition (DNR), Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), and geo-spatial analysis

-Ability to demonstrate Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) or equivalent Arabic proficiency at L2 or higher, as measured by the Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT), Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI), or commercial foreign language testing equivalent

-Ability to work 24x7 shifts that rotate between days, swings, and nights

-Ability to obtain all necessary computer accounts and accesses, as required

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience as a US military or federal government civilian in the intelligence community

-Experience with providing intelligence support to military forces

-Experience with national agency reporting procedures

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
