Curriculum Developer

Key Role:

Design and develop interactive courseware for partner nation and Air Force personnel. Ensure integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instruction materials, and evaluation plans. Convert written material or training requirements to interactive courseware. Develop flow diagrams and storyboards. Design instructionally sound lessons in a variety of delivery media. Interact with customer and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content. Develop manuals, workbooks, and audio and video tapes and discs to support curriculum.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in working with DoD entities

-5+ years of experience with instructional development

-1+ years of experience in working with DoD security cooperation or security assistance programs

-Knowledge of formal DoD and USAF staffing processes

-Ability to be a self-starter, manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, work independently and as part of a team, analyze complex data, and prioritize tasks

-Ability to work across a geographically remote team

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the Global Theater Security Cooperation Management Information System (G-TSCMIS)

-Experience with Aviation Safety, Risk Management, ISR, or Personnel Recovery education and training preferred

-Experience with knowledge management, including maintenance and development of Telligent Group Platform Web pages similar to All-Partners Access Network

-Knowledge of database management and analysis practices

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-Possession of excelled oral and written communications skills

-BA or BS degree in Communications, Education, Instructional Systems Design, English, or a related field

-Defense Institute for SC Studies training
