Curriculum Developer

Key Role:

Work with an Air Force client to design knowledge management programs and associated processes and procedures to facilitate student engagement. Help the client to solve problems around knowledge management, content management, student engagement, and communications. Analyze the full scope of knowledge management solutions for student engagement and provide recommendations for the most effective tools, processes, and procedures. Develop or use measurement tools that monitor the usage of knowledge management tools. Compile and evaluate feedback and report results to management. Design and develop interactive courseware for partner nation and Air Force personnel and convert written material or training requirements into interactive courseware. Design instructionally sound lessons in a variety of delivery media and develop manuals, workbooks, and audio and video tapes and discs to support the curriculum.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in working with DoD entities

-1+ years of experience in working with DoD security cooperation or security assistance programs

-Experience with knowledge management, including maintenance and development of Telligent Group Platform Web pages, such as the All-Partners Access Network

-Experience with the Global Theater Security Cooperation Management Information System (G-TSCMIS)

-Experience with customer relationship management or student management software applications and utilization

-Knowledge of database management and analysis practices

-Knowledge of formal DoD and USAF staffing processes

-Ability to work across a geographically remote team

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

-Possession of excelled oral and written communications skills

-BA or BS degree in Communications, Education, Instructional Systems Design, English, or a related field

-Defense Institute for SC Studies training
