Cyber Analyst

Key Role: 
Apply knowledge of Cybersecurity and privacy analysis and consulting throughout the security assessment and compliance lifecycle process. Analyze and finalize Cybersecurity and privacy policies, programs, compliance artifacts, or standards for government and industry security compliance, systems accreditation, and management. Analyze the documentation, validation, and accreditation processes necessary to ensure systems meet security and privacy requirements. Assess the effectiveness of an organization’s IT security and privacy training program, including conduct of social engineering exercises to ensure training remains consistent with current Cybersecurity and privacy threats and policies, and assisting with achieving full compliance with all laws and regulations.

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF)
-3+ years of experience with assessment and authorization
-Knowledge of functional and security testing or reports
-Knowledge of policy and process efficiencies and development
-Knowledge of requirements management, configuration management, lifecycle readiness management, risk management, and schedule management practices and processes 
-Ability to analyze reports from enterprise security tools, including EVSS, HBSS, and ArcSight
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BS degree
-DoD 8570 Certification IAM level 1, including CompTIA Security+

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Xacta 
-Experience with Amazon Web Services and Cloud security
-Knowledge of NRO systems engineering processes and the NRO Communications Directorate 
-Ability to work with executive and senior level government personnel and officials
-Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and high autonomy 
-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, including working with multi-agency government personnel
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
