Cyber Analyst

Key Role: 
Apply knowledge of Cybersecurity and privacy analysis and consulting throughout the security assessment and compliance life cycle process. Analyze and finalize Cybersecurity and privacy policies, programs, compliance artifacts, or standards for government and industry security compliance, systems accreditation, and management. Analyze the documentation, validation, and accreditation processes necessary to ensure systems meet security and privacy requirements. Assess the effectiveness of an organization’s IT security and privacy training program, including conducting social engineering exercises to ensure training remains consistent with current Cybersecurity and privacy threats and policies, and assisting with achieving full compliance with all laws and regulations.

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with the risk management framework (RMF)
-3+ years of experience with assessment and authorization
-Knowledge of functional and security testing or reports
-Knowledge of policy and process efficiencies and development
-Knowledge of requirements management, configuration management, life cycle readiness management, risk management, and schedule management practices and processes 
-Ability to analyze reports from enterprise security tools, including EVSS, HBSS, and ArcSight
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BS degree
-CEH Certification

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Xacta 
-Experience with Amazon Web Services and Cloud security
-Knowledge of DoD systems engineering processes and communications
-Ability to work with executive and senior level government personnel and officials
-Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and high autonomy 
-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, including working with multi-agency government personnel
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
