Cyber Business Systems Analyst, Mid

Key Role:
Provide thought leadership and expertise in supporting Cybersecurity management of an Acquisition Category (ACAT) I Major Automated Information System (MAIS) program for a DoD Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Monitor, track, and report on Cybersecurity status for multiple projects. Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status. Respond to Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs) and security taskers. Manage and develop Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).

Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-4+ years of experience with Cybersecurity processes and IT Security

-Experience with the Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process, the Federal Information Systems Management Act (FISMA) process, the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) process, and the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process 

-Experience with a Cloud and mobile focus and implementing DevOps

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

-Knowledge of DoD IA policies, directives, and instructions and government regulations and manuals that surround privacy, IA, and IS

-Ability to conduct comprehensive data gathering and analysis, provide qualitative and quantitative statistical data analyses techniques for metrics and risk analysis, and present ideas clearly, logically, and persuasively in oral and written forms
-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

-COMPTIA, Security +, and CISSP Certification, including ISSE or ISSO

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working in an Acquisition Category (ACAT) I program

-Experience with the Military Health System

-ISSE Certification a plus
