Cyber Computer Engineer

Key Role:
Perform system design reviews and provide recommendations for compliance with DoD and Navy CS standards and requirements. Review and provide technical comments and findings against system testing requirements and conduct Cybersecurity system level tests. Provide technical input on Cybersecurity documentation, including Cybersecurity strategy, the Clinger-Cohen Act, anti-tamper policies, and program protection plans.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with submarine operations and Submarine Non-Propulsion Electronics Systems (NPESes)
-Knowledge of submarine computer systems and the Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical System (SWFTS)’s Cybersecurity Planned Maintenance System (PMS)
-Ability to provide technical input into Cybersecurity investigations and analyses, program protection, anti-tamper, and anti-jam considerations for presently fielded and new developments or modifications
-Ability to report system vulnerability compliance and provide technical recommendations on mitigation statements
-Top Secret clearance
-MA or MS degree in Computer Engineering, EE, Mathematics, or CS

Additional Qualifications:
-TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
