Cyber Incident Management Specialist

Key Role:

Work on dynamic, fast-paced delivery teams bringing incident management solutions to a breadth of commercial markets, including financial services, energy, healthcare, automotive, and technology. Gather and analyze information to inform the development of incident response playbooks, strategic roadmaps, executive briefings, and process improvement recommendations. Present deliverables regularly to project leadership and work as an integral member of a small project team to implement proposed solutions for clients. Learn through regularly structured internal training, firm sponsored mentoring, and regular feedback. This position may require extensive travel to client sites up to 75% of the time.


Basic Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, computer science, crisis management, or a business-related field

-Knowledge of Cyber enterprise incident response foundations, including the interconnectedness with business functions, such as communications, public relations, operations, and corporate risk management

-Ability to develop client deliverables in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

-Ability to communicate complex ideas and Cyber incident response concepts orally and in writing effectively

-Ability to apply strategic problem-solving frameworks to address both organizational and incident response program challenges

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple work assignments simultaneously

-Ability to travel between 75-90% of the time

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with commercial consulting preferred

-Knowledge of Cyber incident response principles and frameworks

-Knowledge of industry standard Cyber incident response technologies

-Ability to demonstrate an aptitude for Cybersecurity, analytics, and problem-solving

-Ability to display a proven track record of leadership in a work environment

-BA or BS degree in Information Systems, Management, or a technical- or business-related field
