Cyber Intelligence Analyst

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for the collection, exploitation, analysis, and dissemination of signals intelligence (SIGINT), including communications, electronic, and foreign instrumentation signals intelligence. Provide all-source integrated assessments on adversary command, control, communications, and computer (C4) capabilities, telecommunications networks, architectures, and processes used by foreign countries. Provide analysis, including detailing the Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) associated with air, air defense, and counter threats and integrate with the analysis of the telecommunication and computer networks that facilitate command and control. Comprehend and leverage SIGINT data and information, analyze and identify data requirements, use specialized SIGINT tools and services, and develop SIGINT products. Solve non-standard information requirements problems via a combination of analytic judgment and proven analytic practices and acquire, validate, maintain, and scope data to uncover schemes and scenarios that will provide historical conclusions as well as correlations to future events. Prepare assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of open source and other information and prepare deliverables on analysis methodology and results. Learn and apply emerging technologies to process metadata and content for discovery purposes and develop and document analysis and discovery tradecraft.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with Cyber analysis

-Experience with network fundamentals, including the OSI model and TCP/IP protocol suite

-Knowledge of analytic tools and GOTS analysis tools, including Wireshark

-Ability to analyze data and structure results to produce high quality analytical reports

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of scripting languages and data extraction techniques

-Knowledge of databases and their role in assisting with analysis

-Ability to work in a diverse, operations floor collaborative environment

-Possession of excellent analytical and time management skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in a related field preferred

-Networking or Security Certifications, including Network+, CCNA, or others preferred
