Cyber Intelligence Subject Matter Expert

Key Role:

Support Navy clients with Electronic Warfare (EW), Cyber Warfare (CW), Information Operations (IO), Information Warfare (IW), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) lab development, configuration, maintenance, and management. Maintain responsibility for the collection, exploitation, analysis, and dissemination of signals intelligence, including communications, electronic, and foreign instrumentation signals intelligence. Develop and execute SIGINT collection requirements. Leverage expertise with SIGINT data and information, analyze and identify data requirements, use specialized SIGINT tools and services, and develop SIGINT products. Solve advanced, complex information requirements problems via a combination of analytic judgment and proven analytic practices. Acquire, validate, maintain, and scope data to uncover schemes and scenarios that will provide historical conclusions and correlations to future events. Prepare polished assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of open source and other information.

Basic Qualifications:

-20 years of experience with signals intelligence, including Cyber intelligence within the last 30 years
-Experience with collecting live network data using various collection methods

-Secret clearance
-Trained in Advanced Global System for Mobile (GSM) and Cyber Defense Management Authority (CDMA) theory

-Certified Wireless Cyber Intelligence from a US National Source

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree
