Cyber Network Engineer, Senior

Key Role:

Analyze complex local and wide area network systems, including planning, designing, evaluating, selecting operating systems and protocol suites, and configuring communication media with concentrators, bridges, and other devices. Resolve difficult interoperability problems to obtain operation across all platforms, including e–mail, files transfer, multimedia, and teleconferencing. Configure systems to user environment. Support the acquisition of hardware and software and subcontractor services. Act as a technical project leader or provide work leadership for junior employees.


Basic Qualifications:

-10 years of experience with network security architecture, design, development, testing, and maintenance

-Experience with Arcsight, FireEye, McAfee, Nessus, NetWitness, Trusteer, Incident Forensics, Vulnerability Manager, Risk Manager, Splunk, and Solera Network Forensics

-Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012, Linux and UNIX, and Apache and Tomcat

-Experience with network vulnerability assessments and penetration testing

-Experience with analyzing results, writing assessments, and test reports

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Cyber forensics a plus

-Experience with the project management framework

-Knowledge of databases, applications, and Web server design and implementation

-Possession of excellent team leadership, development, and client relationship skills

-BS degree in Information Assurance, CS, or Computer Engineering

-Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CISM, or other recognized technical Cybersecurity Certification preferred


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
