As a Cyberspace Operations Planner on our team, you’ll draw on your experience to provide leadership and technical insight to support the development of a full spectrum of cyberspace operations. This is a highly dynamic environment - you’ll work closely with senior military and civilian leaders on emerging Cyber capabilities that impact the future of Cybersecurity for our nation. You’ll use your Cyberspace skills to:

  • Apply knowledge of Joint and Army Cyberspace operations planning, strategies, tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and policies within the framework of both Joint and Army military decision making processes (MDMP) and JPP.
  • Develop innovative solutions for operational issues and requirements facing Joint Force, Army Cyber, and a broad range of Joint, Army, coalition, and interagency Cyberspace operations stakeholders.
  • Conduct basic to expert analysis and planning within Joint and Army frameworks to develop Cyberspace operations orders, plans, concepts, briefings, mission analyses, courses of action, and equivalent deliverables and lead or participate in operational targeting processes and TTPs.
  • Lead operational planning teams, Joint planning groups, and other interagency working groups.

You Have:

-10+ years of experience with developing a full range of planning deliverables from both Army military decision making processes and the Joint operational planning process levels

-Experience with analyzing and participating in full spectrum Cyberspace operations planning and execution, including Cyber targeting

-Knowledge of Joint and Army Cyberspace operational enterprises

-Knowledge of the Cyberspace breadth of operations

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree


Nice If You Have:

-Knowledge of USCYBERCOM, HQDA, and Joint Staff processes and procedures, including the coordination of cyberspace operations with other Army, DoD, and national agencies

-Knowledge of Cyberspace and intelligence operations governing US Code, including Titles 6, 10, 18, 32, and 50

-MA or MS degree in Information Management, Computer Systems, or Computer Analysis

-Completion of the Basic Computer Network Operations Planners Course, the Joint Cyber Operations Planning Course, or the Cyber Mission Commanders Course

-Security+, PMP, CASP, CISSP, CEH, or similar industry-standard certification


Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
